It has been a fruitful writing week here in NM, and I have had a great time gestating, sprouting, and weaving this next book together. Some parts of it have pushed me to trust the Universe’s plan with this material, and when I have kept my focus, let go, and relaxed amazing things have occurred. I am starting to see the baby, albeit maybe the little peanut in the ultra-sound, but I am definitely starting to feel it’s consciousness and life force. It’s exciting!

The key to healing, love, life, spirit, connection, faith, and enlightenment revolve around you being able to love yourself. If you do not like you, you cannot love you. This is ground zero, the starting point for your work. Nothing in your life is going to bear fruit until you learn to love yourself and make contact with the center of your Universe, your heart, and the love that flows through it. You have to learn to feel love for yourself through your heart. You have to be able to feel the smiles for yourself in your heart. Self-love connects you to everyone, and everything. Once you love yourself you can effectively move out into the world and love others. Love makes you Universal. It is the foundation in which to understand life. It connects you to the Master’s who walked the earth, “Love thy neighbor as thyself” will begin to make sense when you have learned to love yourself, it cannot happen if you do not love you. For love to exist in your world it has to happen inside of you first, then it can propagate 360 degrees around you. You become a circle, a Universe of love. Can I be anymore repetitive, emphatic, or clear about this!

Recipe on how to love yourself follows this section in the writing. I obviously will not be sharing all of this right now. Neverthess, I will continue posting some bits and pieces to give you a flavor of what I am working on…love, David

We are having a gorgeous thunder storm right now in NM. It’s one of the most romantically beautiful storms I have ever experienced! Thunder and lightning everywhere, fire and rain! The trees and plants are loving it. I am loving it. I have never smelled air so full of energy. I have been out in the rain showers for about an hour, finally the lightning got a bit close and I headed in, only to put on some dry clothes and prop myself up in a rocking chair by the door. The rains in the mountains of NM are unbelievable. We usually don’t get much rain this time of year, it’s a month and a half early for the monsoons of July, nevertheless LET IT RAIN! I have been exchanging with Mother Nature all day, it has sprinkled a few times off and on today, now we are getting a heavy shower. I added some Azomite minerals to my garden yesterday and prayed for rain - so I am ecstatic. Rains like this activate all living things, the lightning brings balance to the landscape. Each time the lightning strikes the earth energy is released, all the positively charged static electricity is neutralized, everything breaths, and everything grows. I can’t wait to see the garden in the morning. The plants will have absorbed the minerals, which act like a homeopathic remedy addressing any imbalances within the soil and consequently the plant. It’s very natural, these minerals come from a mine in Utah, they are an ancient sea deposit that uniquely has all the minerals A-Z present in them. I like to add a light dusting to the soil each year right before a rain, guess I got lucky this year! Anyway it’s the small things that make me this happy, and if you get a chance to eat some of these vegetables - look out! They will be full of life force. I have built this soil for 3 years now, and it’s one of those relationships that gets better and better with time. I will take pictures in the morning. As you may remember I jumped the gun this year and planted a month and a half too early, according to the locals, it could have all frozen many times, but for some good intention most of the plants not only survived - they thrived! I am very excited for the weekend, I take all of this as an excellent affirmation from the Universe that thriving is a good thing in these times. Pictures in the morning…love, David

Exchange is the magical word these days for me. It is teaching me so much. I am going to write it 100 times. Exchange, exchange, exchange, exchange, exchange, exchange, exchange, exchange, exchange, exchange, exchange…I’m not a fast typist, but what if I hand write it 100 times? I am going to try it as a meditation, and I will listen, see, and feel what happens. Maybe you want to try it too. I’ll let you know what happens later today. Love, David
